Meditation - A Remedy For Anxiety

Human Psychology is fastidious in nature. Our mental agitation and distress lead to worries and anxieties. Human anxiety is basically a psychological disorder. The elementary symptoms of this disorder are emotional misbalance, mental distress, disturbing feelings, fear and mood swings, escapism, mental agitation. In certain cases it leads to difficulty in social interactions and pubic situations.

The fear and mood swings effect immune systems, leading to stomach aches and digestive problems. Mental agitation and mental distress lead to annoyance and severe headaches. Emotional misbalance and disturbing feelings result in heart ailments or shortness of breath.
